How to Bridge the Knowledge Gap without Expert Instruction

The High Cost of Correctness

I was reminded of this yesterday when I lost an argument I was objectively winning. I was explaining a contractual nuance to a colleague, using the precise, clinical language of a mediator. I was right. I had the documents. I had the precedent.
